Our private Santa experience, combined with family portraits, has created cherished memories for so many families.
Here’s the best part: Santa is dedicated to making this a truly memorable moment for your children, and I’ll be there to capture it all! Imagine Santa knowing your child’s good grades or mentioning that the Elf on the Shelf has noticed some room for improvement—because we’ll make it happen! I'll gather special details from you beforehand to share with Santa, so your little ones will be absolutely amazed that he knows their names and something unique about them.

FAQ
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?
There is no set number of images you will receive- you will get all of them! I guarantee a minimum of 10 images from your session, but most galleries end up being larger than that. The number of images you receive will depend on participation and cooperation of family members.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT TO BOOK?
A $50 nonrefundable retainer is required to secure your booking, along with a signed contract. Your spot will only be confirmed once both the contract and payment are received. The remaining balance of $245 is due one week before your session. For your convenience, all payments are handled electronically through HoneyBook.
HOW MANY FAMILY MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SESSION?
The standard session investment of $295 includes up to 6 family members. For each additional person, there’s a fee of $25. If your family has more than 8 members and you’d like a variety of group combinations or individual moments with Santa, we recommend booking two time slots to ensure everyone gets a special experience.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY GALLERY BACK?
You will receive your gallery within 14 days of your session! Due to the quick turnaround time of mini sessions, sneak peek photos will not be given, but you'll have them within 14 days! Your gallery will be delivered to you via email, and it will be password protected. You will have full rights to the photos, so you may print, post and distribute them however you would like.
WHAT IF MY CHILD IS AFRAID OF SANTA?
Don't worry—this is completely normal! I always start with family photos without Santa, so if your little one gets a bit nervous, you’ll still have beautiful family portraits. Santa is incredibly gentle and patient, and most children warm up after a few minutes. We also encourage parents to jump in for extra comfort. And yes, if your child does shed a few tears, those photos will still be included for you to treasure as part of the experience!
WILL THE SETUP BE THE SAME AS IN THE PHOTOS HERE?
The setup will be slightly different each year! It will be the exact same Santa that is pictured on this page. However, there will be a new variation of trees, decor, chair/couch, etc.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE'RE LATE TO OUR SESSION?
Due to the tight scheduling of mini-sessions, arriving on time is important. If you are late, we will have to shorten your session to ensure other families stay on schedule. Please plan to arrive 10-20 minutes early to check in and get settled or in case there is traffic on the way.
